At Hoylom, we are committed to providing you with products that help! We believe in the effectiveness of our products and we recommend that you use them for a minimum of 14 days before considering a return. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason after 14 days and within our 60-day money back guarantee, please contact us at hello@hoylom.com.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, we begin processing your order, and changes or cancellations may not be possible.
If your cancellation request is made within 24 hours, we’ll issue your refund within 7 business days.

We’re confident our products can make a difference. If after trying them for 14 days you’re still unsatisfied, you may request a return within 60 days of your original purchase date.

- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
- Items must be returned in good condition (unless damaged upon arrival)

Damaged Items
We take packaging seriously to minimize damage during transit. However, if your product arrives defective or physically broken, notify us within 72 hours of delivery.
To report damage:

- Include a clear photo of the damaged product
If the damage qualifies, we’ll send a replacement free of charge. We do not accept returns or offer replacements for damage due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or shipping box imperfections that do not affect the product.
Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer
Hoylom is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control.
We also cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our facility. For delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is submitted and we are not notified within 24 hours, we cannot offer a resend or refund.
